Dobson Collins
Founder/CEO of Triple Threat Sports Performance Inc.
Played professional football for 7 in the NFL/CFL most recently for the Baltimore Ravens in 2016. He attended Gardner-Webb University were he participated in football and Track & Field. In football he was a 2x 1st Team All-Big South selection WR/PR & 2008 Sports Network All-America choice. In Track & Field he holds the school records in the 55, 60 & 110 meter hurdles.
He was named 2006 Atlantic-Sun Conference Champion in the 60 meter hurdles and was named the Freshman of the Year after his team won the outdoor track title that year. He is currently the Wide Receiver coach at Shelby High School in Shelby N.C. and have won back-to-back 2AA State Titles 18' & 19'. Under his guidance his receiving core has produced a 1,000 receiver the last two seasons.
Most recently 2 receivers reached the century mark: Diovanni Daley (1,318) (16 TD's), Ja'Hari Mitchell (1,274) (17 TD'S) both earning All-Confernce, All-State accolades and being ranking #1 & #2 Wide Receiver's in Classification 2A. He is entering his second season as Assistant Track & Field Coach over sprints/middle distance. Dobson started Triple Threat Sports Performance Inc. in 2017 to help give back to the community through football camps, it has expanded and now offers elite sports performance training along with AAU track team (Triple Threat Sports Performance Inc. Track Club) that will start competing in 2021.

Rashaud Barkley

Rayshaud Barkley is entering his 7th year of teaching and 8 th year of coaching at Shelby High School.
Barkley has been a multi-sport coach during his time at Shelby, 7 years coaching football and 5 years coaching Track. Barkley has spent his time coaching by working with the defensive line (football) and coaching shot put and discus before becoming the head track coach in 2018.
Barkley is a graduate from Liberty University in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and The University of Phoenix Graduate with a Master’s of Business Administration. He was a two year letterman and team captain with the football program. Barkley was also a NASCAR pit-crew jackman and gasman Through the Drive for Diversity program headed by Phil Horton Rayshaud Barkley is a Virginia native where he is a graduate of Western Branch High School
(Chesapeake, VA). He currently resides in Shelby with his wife, Tannisha, and their 5 children, Aja, Payton, Rileyn, Liberty, and Koa.

Juan Cherry believes in the purpose and potential of people. He has built his life on the premise that true success involves helping others become who they were intended to be. This belief has fueled his educational and career pursuits. He completed his undergraduate work at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University in Greensboro, NC and his graduate work at Gardner-Webb University in Boiling Springs, NC.
Juan is employed as a school counselor, the founder of New Creation Christian Center and MAN II Man, Inc., a non-profit organization designed to help young males become successful men. He is the author of “Wired For Success”, a thoroughly written guide that helps the reader discover and engage God’s purpose for their life and “So You Want To Be A Mentor”, a resource for those who desire to help others become their best selves. He also wrote and designed the MAN II Man interactive curriculum written to empower young males to take responsibility for themselves, their families and their communities.
Juan is married to Annette who is the current business manager at Cornerstone Dental Associates of Shelby and former auditor with Bank of The Ozarks. Juan and Annette are the parents of two adult children. Kristen is an accomplished artist and graduate of East Carolina University. Terrell is a former soldier in the U.S. Army, daughter-in-law Dimitra and three granddaughters, Amyla, Alana and Adalyn.
